Revisiting old ideas

Here are some old (or new, but in my opinion very needed things) ideas that I've found very interesting and needed.
Please note that the explanations and ideas are opinions on my point.

ill check rest later but i do not like this idea simply because whenever i see a new loadscreen i think omfg ee update

Why is this in graphics suggestions, there are no graphics here. It just links to a bunch of old topics, but you could've just done that in the stickied topic already.

game suggestions have same thing,
it allow to look for best (according to autor's liking) suggestions
but i think you're right, and graphic suggestions are too different from game suggestions...

That, and this thread has zero substance. It just links to a bunch of topics and that's it. This belongs in the Graphics Suggestions Topic.

This thread has some point, - it focus attention to the best (according to author's liking) topics
it's like QOL Megathread
but smaller and it's in graphic suggestion

so, this isn't really discussing anything more than pointing to other threads and arguing over whether this exists.

so the compromise is to lock it: the "no don't put this here" folks get some happiness, and you still get your "hey guys, look at these threads"

because no, it's not really a collection of unprocessed graphic ideas, either, so it's not really megathread substance
