Fill Option

A fill option do be great,
it would be for world owners,
and if you click the fill option, this will pop up:

A fill/bucket tool has been suggested many times.

It was also included in the old overview:

And at Trello the suggestion "Cut, copy, paste, eyedropper and fill tools" is one of the "Popular (25-49 Votes)" ideas.

Some bots (board, overview) can/could do this.

People usually react to this suggestion with the remark that it hasn't been implemented because it would cause too much lag.
But it would just be one command that's being sent to the server, after which the client and server can both fill the area.
However, since it hasn't been implemented yet, the game's code would probably need to be heavily rewritten.
After such a rewrite the CPU load on the server side might still be an issue.
