And the time message is returned back to you as far as I know. Nobody else receives it, but correct me if I am wrong.

Looked at your source, and I'm just wondering, when are those values received in "m" ever null? Just curious why you have an if statement to check if they're null

SecureString is nice, except when passwords are sent over HTTP it doesn't really add any benefit, unfortunately

That doesn't sound light.
Probably not, but never had any issues with the same code elsewhere
Looking through it, preg_replace and levenshtein could be very inefficient but wouldn't have thought so with small strings.

That was on Hostinger, with very light PHP work. I'd not touch Hostinger unless you plan on getting a paid plan or not using server-side scripting.
