Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: Mafia 40 - Russian Roulette Mafia Victory!

diff it makes it a litle bit harder for them to win becuase they dont know each other if it was a group of 4 they coudl eaisly co-op also if for exmaple maf b is lyncged and one of the players of maf a is lynched and the last maf wins then that menas only maf team A wins

Wasn't about the multi-posting. It was about this:

But since you brought it up, posting several times in a row is annoying too. It wouldn't be an issue of you were actually saying something. You're not. Half of your posts are pointless and don't add anything.

Sometimes I wonder if you're having a conversation with yourself.

Re: Mafia 40 - Russian Roulette Mafia Victory!

My assumption is that it's similar to Universe Mafia, their win conditions can be tied together if they play their cards right, but if not, it makes it so that if one scum team is eliminated, the other scum team can still survive.

Re: Mafia 40 - Russian Roulette Mafia Victory!

shadow, peace, buzzerbee, and devle all seem to care about solving the game, so townlean for them. strong townlean to buzzerbee and shadow.

diff, jawapa, task, and onjit are all neutral for me. task is neutral because i think he has both townie and scum qualities, and it evens out. the rest are neutral because there’s not much to get out of their few posts.

crybaby - scumlean
just a gut feeling again. i felt like his “Well ****.” post after norboy flipped was not genuine. i know he usually posts a regretful message after a townie is lynched, but i don’t really care enough to compare it to other games when he was playing as either maf or town

2b - scumlean, isn’t really contributing much
he’s not really contributing much. then again y’all seem to think i’m not contributing much so
he also said that devle and norboy don’t give him scummy vibes here, but then voted for norboy anyway? his iso is strange and he seems to be trying to intensify minor suspicions from other people.

proc - scumlean
this is mostly because of just the general vibe i’m getting. he explained his town reads, but didn’t explain his scum reads. he called jawapa and me both suspicious here, but didn’t explain why

Seconding the 2b thing. I had that thought earlier but forgot about it til now. Gonna reread his iso to try and find where it came from.

Foolish kid. You do not decide how to run my game. You are merely a pawn on my chess board and I look at you high up there with my smug smile, deep in thought about my next move. That's right. My next move is that I'm going to wipe you the **** out of this game.

I think mafia couldn't care less who the other mafia group is... no?

i was thinking that the mafia groups would try to find out who each other are so they could coordinate, especially if they both win if town is dead. i'd think they'd want to avoid intentionally lynching the other mafia members

ShadowsEdge wrote:

For that reason, both of them were fine with tying the votes, which would ultimately lead in the death of two players, one confirmed Town, and one townlean for me.

speaking for myself, i was fine with tying the votes because i was trusting devle to break the tie. i was honestly on the fence about who to vote for, but ultimately decided to vote for norboy because of reasons i previously mentioned. also, norboy wasn't a townread for me at the time. task also still isn't necessarily a townread for me

shadow, who was the "confirmed town"?

here is where he said "Mutant and Norboy doesn’t give me scummy vibes."
and here is where he voted for norboy. he backed it up with "Shadow and crybaby kind of convinced me that norboy is scum, but i dont really know."

2b, which posts convinced you that norboy was definitely scum?

eleizibeth wrote:

That's because you kind of aren't. In fact, I'll prove it.

eleizibeth wrote:

This, for all intents and purposes, is your townreads list. You claim that all of them seem to care about solving the game. Buzzerbee has not really done much outside of accusing 2b, and sure, the rest of them have been actively participating in discussion and seem like they are trying to solve the game, but everybody already knows this. You pointing this out does not add anything new to the discussion, and it's just a regurgitation of things other people have already said before.

eleizibeth wrote:

Whereas the previous quote was your townlist, this seems more like the list of people you don't have any sort of reads on. For all cases except maybe Onjit, I find it rather fascinating that you have no reads on any of them, as Diff, Jawapa, and Task have been extremely active in conversation, and there aren't a whole lot of new cases for or against Jawapa and Diff. Those two in particular seem polarized, and yet you haven't even really addressed anything about them besides saying you have nothing on them. For Task, all you're saying is that he's giving kixed signals, a regurgitated summary of literally everything Mutant has ever said about him earlier today. Nothing in this list that you've said was new, at all, and you never even provided any evidence, or even a link to some posts or something, which you seem capable of, but I guess you didn't feel the need to. I'm going to assume you didn't it's because that's all been said before, therefore proving what I said about you saying nothing new, and I'll move on.

Back to this again, this is a very weak argument made without evidence. Seems you agree because you explained you didn't even bother looking for any, even though your frequent use of hyperlinks that redirect to old posts tells me that you definitely are capable of doing so.

Everybody and their grandma knows he hasn't been doing anything useful. He himself even blatantly admitted to sheeping. Nothing new here at all.

He sheeped, as I said before

This part of your post would be a whole lot better if you gave citation or ar least some kind of explanation, but no, nothing, so I'm going to safely dismiss this as a weak claim with no evidence.

eleizibeth wrote:

Great reason to suspect anybody, not a great reason to indict anyone.

eleizibeth wrote:

I'm not going to take this point away from you, it's 100% true. Just as true as Mutant's inability to answer Jawapa's question about his reads last night, and Peace's inability to answer Mutant when he responded to Peace's suspicions about him. But sure, Proc hasn't answered for any of his scumreads. I'm sure that makes him scummy.

eleizibeth wrote:

Okay, but at least he is blatantly leaving that explanation out. You claim to be contributing and offering new insights, but nothing out of what you provided is new. You've either only made weak claims backed by no evidence whatsoever, brought up questions without ever answering any of them (i.e Why has Processor not explained any of his scum reads?), or simplified and restated things other people have already said. Remind me again how you are contributing?

okay uh, my townreads list was just a list of people who i thought were generally more townie than the people listed as neutral. yeah, it kinda is what other people have said before, i'm not really sure what else to add, because it was just a general ~vibe~ i was getting from them.

mostly this. he seemed kinda aggressive when mentioning that diff brought up the inno child thing. i'll give him the benefit of the doubt because he might genuinely agree that diff is sus for "defending" norboy, but it seems to me like he was trying to get everyone kinda mad at diff

The idea is simple. If you bring up a question, offer a reasonable answer to it, because that insight is what's actually useful, not the question itself. I don't mean a literal question, but rather, when you point things out like "Proc never answered my reads" or "Crybaby made this response to Norboy's death", you could do much better by rewording these as questioms and offering actual amswers to these questions, otherwise it's not very valuable.

Re: Mafia 40 - Russian Roulette Mafia Victory!

You haven't said much at all yesterday. I feel like, if you were the Mafia, there would be no reason for you to, if your partner already said everything that needed to be saying, and I feel like this partner of yours, assuming Scum!Eleizibeth, is Scum!Mutant. You and him seem to post at different times. On the first day, I recall that you were almost going to be prodded by Kira, who I remember saying he would be prodding anybody who didn't actively post in the thread, even those posting in the Mafia chat. You only made a post when you needed to, just like how I feel like, you only started making useful posts today because people started suspecting you (i.e. my post saying I was going to vote for you today if you didnt make a useful post.) That's why I read your post as thoroughly as I possibly could, I'm trying to decide whether I think you're just not properly getting your point across, or you're faking it by saying a bunch if what's already been said. I'm leaning towards the ladder.

eh i mean that's reasonable? kinda offended tho because i was trying give as much of my own opinions as possible. also, as you may know from literally every other mafia game i've played, i don't post much unless i'm brought into the discussion, or if i feel like there's something useful to say.
