Reminder that you're comparing to laughing at thousands of people's deaths and that they "deserved to die." Having to watch 2g1c again or having another 9/11 happen, while it's absolutely disgusting, that's no contest.

we know that people' death is not funny, but 9/11 is funny when people make it too edgy

???? i didn't even laugh at it a single time in this entire thread? nor did i imply that anyone deserves to die or that anyone deserves a second 9/11 happening?

I reserve my right to laugh at jokes made about:

- 9/11 & Terrorism
- Death
- Murder
- Rape
- Child & Animal Abuse
- Cancer & any other illnesses
- Disability
- Racism
- Homophobia
& Absolutely anything else that could be considered offensive

Despite not having any severe experiences with most of these subjects.

The few subjects here that have affected me, I still laugh about. Laughing at these jokes does not make me a bad person, it just means I have an appreciation for a certain type of humour. Similarly to how I don't have an appreciation for toilet humour. That said, I think dark humour works best when it is actually funny. Most of the jokes in this thread are mildly amusing at best (bar 2 that I found quite enjoyable). I also think that dark humour jokes shouldn't be something thrown around in an open environment, they should be kept to places where it is known that those who view the jokes are not likely to be offended by it. The EE forums is not one of those places in my opinion; least of all in a thread title that is designed to trick people.

It has nothing to do with the severity of it, I just don't find jokes involving that funny. It's a personal preference, just as you might not appreciate jokes about the Holocaust.

Your OP, where your joke is that the title tricks you into thinking the thread is about 9/11 given the date it was posted when it's actually about the tower brand (which I find mildly amusing).
