This is the first email response from Brian Meidell which I sent. I started a Kongregate thread about it and it got pretty bad because I ended up having tons of people spam him emails.

I had been talking with both Julian and Brian for a couple months prior to the idea of guardians being introduced. I know of two people that were sending him ways to fix security holes. And several emailed him to bring light to the terror that atilla meredick and showpath were bringing.

Dear lord, if you're going to create drama at least know how to string a sentence together.

I'm fairly confident others would prefer a competent staff rather than a cult of popular kids.
It's to be expected that a competent administration would revoke permissions prior to informing them as a security precaution.

If you were being honest, you would admit to this spiel resulting from Kira's demotion.
It's fairly evident when you decide to write this directly after, and not when the administration changed days prior.

I've sent Julian, Chris and Brian several emails detailing security issues and they were very receptive and kind in reply.
It's worth noting that my 'terror' involved nothing which damaged any user or world. I don't sell gems on a black market for pocket change.

I swear you post on every topic that exists and around 80% of them are what was just stated with a little diversity in word choice. Hypocrisy only applies if you criticize other people for something you consider acceptable in yourself. If we're to believe JaWapa's claim that Atilla, Showpath, and Meredith are insane and ruined the game, that's a valid criticism because JaWapa hasn't come close to being insane or ruining the game.

I'm tired of the "it's just a flash game" argument. People will find fandoms in the smallest and most seemingly insignificant things. It's just how the Internet works.

Also, I think it's a bit dismissive to shrug peoples' feelings off like that. There are reasons people feel the way they do. Maybe Dream enjoys wanting to help others through moderation, or maybe he's just insecure? Of course we can't know unless he says why.

If Srna's point was "Everybody Edits runs in Adobe Flash", then yes, I agree.

However, I think Srna meant "You're making a big deal out of a silly web game on the Internet" which is a lot more relevant to the current discussion.

All you said was that people take it too seriously, which isn't right.

I don't think people take it too seriously when they enjoy it, write wordy forum posts about it, or use it as a tool to connect with others.

I do, however, think that people take it too seriously when people start hurting each other over it.
