chill the rules please

i recently (today) revisited sploder.com and the forums, because why not. i was checking general discussion and a topic called "yo yo yo" with the op saying also "What's good ?". see if you posted that here you would be banned/warned. but there it is just chill. there is **** like this which no one has a problem with. all this **** instead gets directed to offtopic general topic by diff which is **** pointless. calm your moderation **** pls.

That said, we're always open to suggestions. Usually more specific suggestions than "chill" though.
