Yours is around pixels over 300, I somehow like it, but it's a bit too simple 6/10, 7/10 if you resize it so it's under 300 pixels height.
Also what's missing? Anti-Awesomeness?

You mean at the top and bottom ends or the left and right ends? And the BG or the text?
If you mean top and bottom and BG, it is so, because it looks cut off otherwise.
