I don't photoshop. only paint and a bit of Gimp with blocks. Smileys are super easy to make for me. The big secret is being smooth with faded pixels like I said in " Smitty's Guide to EE Smileys." You also have to think what could be in the actual game rather than doing random messed up stuff.

I liked it... then I found gimp. You can't use photoshop brushes, not that many file types, doesn't have a liquify filter (pathetic), does have layer styles, but you can get those in GIMP with a plugin so... Pixlr is good for quick, rough drafts on the go without a flash drive.

Lol, if you use sharpen a bunch of time it creates a cool effect. On pixlr, anyway. Idk about pimp or whatever you guys are talking about.

Great ideas! You made them extremely well, too. Here are my thoughts:
1st: ( :/ ) Pretty pointless, but I still like it. It should become a free smiley.
2nd: ( :s ) EE has needed this smiley since the beginning. YES!
3rd: (cat) I don't really like the idea of a cat smiley, but it still looks really good.
4th: (workout) I don't see it being of any use, but I'd still like to see it in EE.
5th: (angel) If we have a devil, we need an angel. The only problem is that it should look a bit happier.
6th: (^v^) Lol I like it; it should REPLACE the similar free smiley.
7th: (:]) Maybe... but you should make the features more noticeable.
8th: (geek) Why not? It should be put off towards the end of these smilies, but I still like it.
9th: (:D) No... sorry, but it's just an ugly version of the grinning smiley.
10th: (mustache) LOL I would love to see a level full of this one! Unnecessary, but hilarious.
11th: (-.-) We definitely need this... or at least some kind of sleeping smiley. And does he have headphones on...?
12th: (pirate) Definitely! But the cap looks pretty dull; either shade it more or add the little knot thing
13th: (some kind of officer) Not sure what kind of officer, but I like it! I'd like some white sideburns if he's a naval officer :3
City Pack: AWESOME!! Really cool pack, I love every block, especially the reflecting asphalt!
Other Pack: Love them. Just love them.
Other Smilies: Sorry to end on a bad note, but all of these are out.
