down special: "block shot" just like duckhunt's down special. places a red or blue block which shoots a white (blue block) or orange (red block) metal block. strength depends on type (from weakest to strongest):

plastic
glass

present (rare, shoots disorientating yellow shots which turn you around as well as damage you)
neutral special: "fire". places a fire block in front of you (only when on ground) which deals damage. disappears after a while. if used in midair, throws a fire block at high speed which causes more damage than on the ground, but disappears the instant it hits the ground.
side special: "paintyouu". spills randomly colored paint that damages anyone hit by it. the more paint, the more damage. get more paint by taking damage from others. once it lands on the ground it transforms into a puddle that can be slipped on if there's enough paint. the more paint, the likelier chance you'll slip. if you haven't been hit at all, no paint will come out but at least the bucket deals a little damage.
up special: "boost block". places boost block under you and propels you upward. you deal damage to people while being propelled. the boost block will also fall down and deals some damage upon contact. boost block disappears if it hits the floor or a fighter wiithout them catching it. if caught, it can be thrown at someone for incredible knockback!
"levitation". uses levitation potion. the rings deal small damage
neutral: throws some punches with right hand. ends with left hand.
side: throws gray block. disappears on contact with floor somewhat ironicly.
up: throws hands up in the air! party hard! damage increased by 200% if wearing new year's hat (jk)
down: sticks hands out to side (note: ducking appears as putting hands over face and "deflating" like kirby's duck)
dash: does a barrel roll
side smash: holds out set of three brown spikes
up smash: up but with spikes
down smash: drops "pillar" blocks from the industrial pack
neutral aerial: spins around with arms held out to sides
front aerial: swings with fist
back aerial: glances backwards while punching with left hand
up aerial: does a frontflip while holding hands up
down aerial: whacks the air
grab: grabs with left hand
pummel: hits with singular brown spike
front throw: pulls out a right/left-facing arrow with right hand
up throw: uppercuts with right hand while holding up-facing arrow
down throw: whacks down-facing boost block on victim's head
back throw: uppercuts with right hand while holding up-facing boost block. only lets go once opponent is swinging above head
shield: holds hands in front of self
sidestep: jumps to back then quickly jumps back to front.
roll: slide *trollface*
final smash: "code is 1111 no troll". activates godmode and spams big fire everywhere (that disappears after a while) with the circle pad/wii remote. touching the fire means serious damage. godmode turns off after a while and all fire disappears instantly.
up taunt: pulls blue/yellow coin out, tosses between hands, pockets again
side taunt: angrily throws blue/yellow coin at ground, which disappears shortly. has the same effect as luigi's down taunt
down taunt: places piano/drum block (with random pitch/sound) on ground. dances to the music as it randomly activates in short bursts. pockets again.

victory pose 1: runs onscreen and jumps happily forever. first time grinning, all other times wearing the ^_^ smiley.
victory pose 2: stands with 
smiley. notices nearby coin and grabs it as "SMILEY" appears on the screen
victory pose 3: places cake. runs beside it and dons party hat
entrance: spawnpoint appears out of nowhere, drops off smiley, disappears
character selection: random piano block note plays
