Your logical fallacy is so... pls. Which "ban" are you evading? If you aren't breaking any rules you aren't evading any bans because no bans exist for you yet. The ban is first created when you break a rule. You are indeed evading GETTING BANNED tho, which is not against the rules.

You're arguing semantics in the English language, which contains many holes for ambiguous messages. Everyone knows which meaning and emphasis is implied, but strictly speaking, the rule does have an alternate meaning.
