when he goes into levels he advertises his levels. not normally, he uses a program to rapidly post the same link over and over and over the user can not kick him but if you wish to see

^ I think a better question would be shouldn't this thread be deleted? He provided absolutely no proof of the accused doing anything, and what he accused was hardly against the rules of EE.

How does that level prove anything? As far as I can see, it's completely irrelevant; the level says it was made by "whiteboy," whereas you're accusing "henny6868." And let's not forget that it's a level, which can never prove anything about a user.

Spamming chat technically isn't against the rules, and certainly isn't a bannable offense.
