So if you start a topic, lets say in Chinese, you may post Chinese in the whole topic? Instead of the most common language English?

What if your host uses a proxy, but you don't? Do you get the blame of it? Or what if you have a dynamic IP?

...provide illegal tools or directions (such as a link to a pirated game).

Does this consider EE bots?

As long as you don't sign up with a proxy or tell the mods or something, it doesn't really matter.
They're not really illegal.
Too bad, ask the mods. They keep confidentiality.

I agree a bit, you could easily have one post instead of two for the same topic. This could be modified a bit.

While re-organizing, I noticed there were a few things that were repeated, and a few things that were just unreasonably strict.

Yes. As I understand it, bots were never allowed. But there is another factor of safety that must be attended to.

No. If these things make you rage, just open the image in a new tab and view it that way.

I've been to several forums where multiple posting is allowed, and it has not been a problem at all.

So you cannot have more than four lines in text? I feel that that is a bit ridiculous, but I shouldn't be the one to complain as I have never exceeded this amount...

Wow. This is Much better than the old (i'm sure that many people just skiped though the old, but now that its more compact, i'm sure everybody reads it). Great work admins - mods (and any other helpers)
