I'm gonna repeat myself here but this is yet another reminder that this entire situation is immediately resolved as soon as any of myself, era, onjit or althea dies. Anyone who thinks that a flagbearer claim is worth risking is inherently anti-town.

You're right, in the hypothetical where I am a mafia flagbearer, I'd 100% not put myself in the voting pool tomorrow. But that literally changes nothing. You'd just lynch me day 4 instead and althea day 5 - if someone hasn't night killed us already.

This whole idea of "we need to do this lynch now or by the time we lynch him it will be too late" is completely ludicrous.

I honestly wish the game setup was clearer about what this game was. If i had known it was about everyone lying through their teeth and ignoring simple mathematics I would't have joined.

Mutantdevle: your arguement is ludicrious, if you are not lynched there is literally 0 motivation for the mafia to kill me or onjit since that would just reveal the lie. Additionally the town only has one role that can kill *once* if that role even exists in the pool if players.

Killing onjit or althea does not prove anything. either of them might be jedters for all we know.

And honestly your claim that I just randomly picked a flagbearer for the town is fairly ridicilous.

None of your proposed solutions have any merrit, this situation only comes down to one thing, whether my claim is correct. Which I know it to be.

I also like how you try to misrepresent any claim to vote you as anti town while that clearly isnt the case.

As much as lynching Mutant is a gamble in the case they are telling the truth and they are flagbearer, not lynching him is also a gamble; we don't get any info and we rely on the possibility of having a vigilante role kill them tonight, which we're not sure even exists. If none of the 4 die tonight (and as Era said, mafia would have no motivation to do that), then we're basically losing two days, because mafia will pick 3 candidates to lynch.

Remember that we can Jail mutantdevle, preventing him from performing an action on Night 2 (or Night 3, considering Oppressor can only act on even-numbered nights).

Oh something I just realized, Era could be a Jester. As soon as Muntant flips then people would go after him. Though maybe Onjit could be too and Era is just executioner? That would explain Onjit's play at the end of the day yesterday.

Something tells me neither Onjit nor Althea want to claim their roles.

In my opinion, Althea is the one who should be shot. Onjit could just be jester, so shooting him doesn't actually prove if Mutant is actually Flagbearer, Era is the only investigative claim right now, and shooting them means we lose possibly our only means of night investigation. Sure we can scumread, but having a possible sleuth alive is still good. Shooting Althea confirms if Mutant is Flagbearer, and if Era is telling the truth. Though, this all assumes that we even have a Vigilante to begin with.

I do strongly believe that Mutant is lying about the flagbearer claim though. The possibility of Era and Onjit being mafia is a possibility, but unlikely unless Mutant wants to make the assumption that they started gunning for him because he's a strong player. But even then, there would be better targets for that, such as Norwee who was much more active in Day 1. Both Era and Onjit both being Neutral is the only maybe likely option, and I'm hesitant to even believe that.
