Some questions:
Can there be multiple players with the same role?
The description for Simple mentions Complex. Is that intentional?
If a Hammering player tries to cast an invalid vote, will the thread know a vote was skipped? And will they know who made that vote?
Does the game always end when somebody wins?

Yes this is possible, but not guaranteed.

If a Hammering player tries to cast an invalid vote, will the thread know a vote was skipped? And will they know who made that vote?
Vote Counts will only be posted at the end of the day. When that happens, all of the votes will be shown in list form with a number next to it showing valid votes. Here's an example:
End of Day: Player 1 was Lynched! They were example role!
Player 1 - Everyman, Fox, Abacus, Lämp (4)
Everyman - Player 1, Goonytunes, Minimania, Henchman, Dardinelles (4)
Yo but wait, you might notice Everyman has 5 players voting for them, while Player 1 only has 4. You will notice that there are 4 valid votes for each, so one of the players voting for Everyman must be a Hammerer and their vote must be invalid.
But wait, then the votes are tied. Why was Player 1 eliminated? In the game, tying the votes would result in no player getting Lynched, but Player 1 was Lynched anyway. This must mean that Player 1 has the Hated role modifier.

Does the game always end when somebody wins?
No, so if, for an example, a Jester were voted out, they would then win, but the game would not be over. They would be able to use their Vindicate ability, and other players can still vie for the win.

All really good questions!
Day Phases will end up lasting 48 hours, and Night Phases will last 24.
2. I am planning on closing the thread at Night, though I am completely open to changing this if enough people want it.
3. That being said, Night Phases and Day Phases will begin at Midnight, Pacific Time.
4. This isn't a question you asked, but I will also be providing a timer during the day counting down to EoD!
