ok so far i can infer:
- this is mafia without signups
- the "mafia" is very loose, don't know each other's identities, and don't actually have a place to commune (unless there's some secret group that's able to permakill players?)
- what would be kills instead just make you and your team gain or lose points (and the victim lose points), whenever you lose or gain points you have a random chance to switch alignment, the wincon is probably based on either getting enough points as an individual or getting enough points as a team
- someone here is a doctor or jailkeeper equivalent (hence the "nothing happens" instances that weren't just someone losing their gun), or possibly some bulletproof vest sort of role, but protection only means nobody loses or gains points (alignment switches might still happen)
- the *rolls dice* in this post implies someone here has the ability to redirect the target's action, and it's chance-based
- since there were no signups, initial alignment and roles are probably randomly assigned. so it's possible either the first handful of posters all have special roles, or there's roles we have yet to see. also, i was joking about hardclaiming cop
- lynching is probably a permanent death, and allen's role might be capable of permanently killing someone (unless she's just being dramatic about !shoot and mindgaming us all)
- quacks can gain points, somehow, since the scoreboard says quack team has 1 point. i have no idea when they gained points though. might've been here, which would imply excoluss is vig. but non-vig quacks probably can't shoot based on this post ("you can't reload what you don't have", implying you need a gun to shoot, and quck don't have guns)... so there must be some other way of scoring points, it can't all be based on one vig shooting people. gain points for a successful lynch, lose points for a failed lynch, perhaps?

speaking of lynch: since mini shot mutantdevle and had his role changed for it, there's a chance we're about to lynch a town member
