EEO Modding tool (open alpha v1)

I am currently making a program to mod EEO to add things like blocks, smileys, namecolours, and change the font. Currently i have added the ability to add smileys and name colours, with more being worked on
Note that this actually adds stuff, not just changing the textures. The how to use file is in the download and it says:

"Smileys - after exporting the images take the smileysBM image, extend it by 26 pixels, add a regular border and gold border smiley in it
then save it in the same directory as the exe under the name Smileys.png. Then put the name of the smiley and the minimap colour
if you want a custom one. if you want it to be solid then put FF at the beginning, 00 for invisible. It should be 8 digits

Name colours - Put the name you want to change the colours of (capitals don't matter in ee, i recommend using no caps)
go into a colour picker and copy the 6 digit hex value for each letter of your name."

Also i recommend making a backup encase something unintended happens
