If it makes you feel better, it's likely an excuse he made to get rid of you. He often does that - he did it with Phinarose, with LukeM and with Gosha.
I take less offense at baseless finger pointing than him, apparently. I read your post and didn't consider it worth replying to at the time, as it's just your own opinion. I doubt anyone interpreted differently.

I agree with your point about Nou being considerably decent towards his staff in comparison - there's definitely a contrast that can't be overlooked.

And now I feel like a complete idiot for being his errand boy, a gofer, now I understand I disgraced myself in front of a lot of people, who I hope will occasionally forgive me for the idiocy I committed during my being on staff.

Hey, don't feel so bad. It's not your fault the person you were looking up to turned out to be an ****.
I haven't talked to you often but i think you're a cool guy and i don't think people will lose respect for you because of this.

I don’t mean to be all “must defend daddy Xeno!” here but I still feel like we haven’t gotten the full story.

I’ve not been watching your EE career with great interest lucridmetal, but from what’s been spoken about in this thread alone I’ve concluded that you don’t seem like you have the ‘professionalism’ necessary to be a moderator. That said, I was under the impression that you were already no longer a moderator and hence don’t understand why any of this would mean you’re no longer suitable to be a translator for the game.

When I first heard that you were not going to be doing any moderation duties anymore it confused me as to why you continued to have the rank on the forums/discord. I think had they both been removed it would have been perfectly clear that your opinion did not reflect the official consensus of the staff.

As for the role of translator, I asked the owner if my demotion would affect the personal value in staff, and soon I will assign the rank of localizator in the game and forum.

Luridmetal35, You was giving to the community a response to the questions made, when you are part of the staff you should avoid giving answers to the community in name of the staff unless you are approved to do so by the staff, you should either speak for yourself and clarify that you are speaking for yourself and not attempting to represent the staff (or ask the staff if you can respond to the community in the name of the staff before posting anything claiming a correct answer to the community in the name of the staff)

(Even if you think that you have the answer and probably you actually DO have the answer to the question the community has, its better to not provide it yourself as it can be seen by the staff as an attempt to overcome or stomp the staff role hierarchy)

Trying to represent the staff when not having authorization to do so is not (in my opinion) a reason to kick that staff member, but yes to give that staff member a warning to stop doing so
"shoot first, ask questions later" Does not sounds right to me, the reason of you being kicked might be more than just trying to represent the staff without authorization

Other reason of you being kicked from the staff might be the fact that your previous edit of your post in that topic mentioned that JOHN voted to unban ATILLA from EE (John choose to unban Atilla), that in my opinion is more kickeable, as you are providing confidential information about the vote taken by one staff member, that breaks the NDA imo, but you had edited your comment, so it seems to me like the right choice and Xenonetix should had appreciate that you tried to correct yourself from that mistake

Something is smelling bad about all of this, some clarification from Xenonetix would be cool, although he does not require to clarify his reasons to kick someone from his staff it is always appreciated by the community when doing so
