Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

i mean personally i liked the colored name for everybody, but thats all going away. what things that are relatively easy to impliment could xeno do to liven up the already low playerbase?

Monthly contests (Constantly reoccurring)
Better daily rewards with an actual calendar showing what you could get each month.
Featured levels that have rewards for speedrunning (global race) that changes every week.
Allow most customizable worlds for preferences like the home world and unobtainable ones like 1000x1000
Add beta into ee but perhaps allow us to get emails about future updates along with more users testing. Beta was never really utilized and could’ve been a great feature in order to improve upcoming updates in the game. lols

Dumb question but surely isn't there some sort of daily backup for server, just in case yk the unimaginable might happen someday? Doesn't pIO allow you to do that?

A opt-in season for EEU ...

This game has a HUGE missed opportunity to revive and promote old worlds. Unless you know how to work with PlayerIO directly, the only official way to find forgotten worlds is to go to a single username or crew and hope you find something. With stats such as plays, likes, favorites, and the old but still functional totalwoots, it should be MUCH easier to find these kinds of worlds. As an example, just add a single button in the lobby that brings you to a random non-private worlds. I like to go through random worlds in ID lists out of curiosity, and it's pretty fun.
With the dwindling player count we need more features to make the game fun even when there aren't many players in the lobby. Newer worlds can feel isolated as keys have been mostly replaced by switches and time doors. Add more social elements like a mode where you can race through segments of levels by setting the start and end points, or a feature where you can let another user take control of your smiley and help you through difficult parts of a level.
As EE is being dropped for EEU I think it's a missed opportunity not to keep the game online in some smaller, more polished, more low-maintenance form. That would help the game not be forgotten and it seems like less of a gamble than hoping EEU succeeds.

maybe take atilla's world archive and run it through a query of something like "if world is not empty and contains at least 10 blocks then save it, otherwise discard, sort by date"
