I noticed that too, and you guys are using the two png files to claim ownership
As said,
The penguin svg smiley was made by me
The base of the block graphic made by NN is actually Kentiya´s basic block pack removing the top layer of it

It is great that you are practicing NN, it tells that you want to learn about SVG graphics, I also used Kentiya´s basic block pack to introduce myself to the SVG format graphics, appreciating other people´s work is an excellent way to learn

The block is quite generic, and because so would be good to have in EEU as fits in many situations, so I agree with your reasoning about that
,  (Should be adding dithering to it and softing the gaps (Blurring them), with more contrast added as well)

Kentiya´s base is indeed an excellent base to start with, but it wasn´t your base, that is what I would like to see you improving,
start making your own graphics without the need to recycle other´s work, it will be amazing, I encourage you to start doing your own graphics, you don´t need to wait for the other´s work, you can do all yourself
If you do your own concepts you will start learning a lot, using the already made graphics by others would not allow you to learn, but those would be quite good guide for your creations, but you should be using those only as reference/inspiration rather than using the graphics of others like if you made those, that would not help you to learn more

comece a criar seus próprios gráficos sem a necessidade de reciclar o trabalho de outros, será incrível, eu encorajo você a começar a criar seus próprios gráficos, você não precisa esperar pelo trabalho dos outros, você pode fazer tudo sozinho
Se você criar seus próprios conceitos, começará a aprender muito, usar os gráficos já criados por outras pessoas não permitiria que você aprendesse, mas esses seriam um bom guia para suas criações, mas você deve usar apenas como referência / inspiração, em vez de usando os gráficos
de outras pessoas como se fossem seus, isso não seria bom para o aprendizado
