Phina, LukeM (2 times), me, Minisaurus, Showpath, maybe more i don't remember.

When the majority of crustal staff members leaves because of management and management stays silent, it's a very bad thing to do.

It's still serious even if it's 2. You might say it's not much, but it's STILL serious because now EE is lacking staff.
And the reason LukeM and Minisaurus left are BOTH because of Xeno.

I would agree that this topic should be closed if only one person left because he can't stand Xeno, but in this case, it's two people, not one, not zero.
Your reason on why this topic does not matter is just bad, you're just implying that those 2 staff did not matter to you.

Btw, yes, Phina and Gosha were fired, but they both weren't able to stand Xeno's poor management too. Them being fired does not exclude the possibility that they are not annoyed by Xeno.

god it's one thing to read peace's posts but its an entirely different thing to consider what his almost 100% meaningless posts have to say and take the time to respond to them
it's stupid to argue over generalized terminology, left means departed, departed includes both being fired or retiring. peace apparently is an English major but seemingly pretends like he doesn't know basic english... i'm not in on the inside joke but i suppose it is hilarious to all 3 people

with that being said, almost all of them don't speak very highly of xeno, and it's also stupid to insinuate insignificance over one or two staff quitting because of it being a small number. you can have 50 campaign managers and 3 developers but pretty sure 1 developer leaving is still significant even though there's 50+ other staff

You are really missing the point. Whether they left or were fired, so many people had a problem with xeno's management. In all cases the conclusion was that they couldn't work together anymore, whether it was xeno who decided that or the member of staff themself. There is one person who is constant throughout this.

But tbh we already knew what type of person xeno was from all of the drama and countless discord screenshots. This just shows the extent of the issue.

I understand why Xeno wouldn't want to talk to Kira, but there is no reason they should not be talking right now. Everybody Edits is losing team members rapidly and more will probably leave if Xeno doesn't say something. I wouldn't be surprised if Xeno is writing something really long now.

To be fair, I don't think Xeno responding on the forums will stop anyone leaving who doesn't want to be a part of the team.

If Xeno talks, it will be to either announce his resignation or reassure us that he'll rebuild the staff team (both in terms of new members and a better working environment). I consider neither of those to be likely.

I'd recommend letting peace watch or maybe even talk to Xeno. Since the game is like milk stuck.

I'm strongly guessing that once Xeno loses the game, he probably loses everything, and since so much drama is being caused here. Xeno's life may be meaningless.

Unless I misunderstood something. That's what I am thinking right now.
