The Answer this round was:

Time.

I'll start the final round tomorrow, or if people want, we can just say "everybody wins!", and start over with some sort of points based system.

yeah that's what i was thinking

It was pretty rough with 5 and 4 players, so I'm leaning more towards to just starting over so every round will have ~10 players

But with a point based system where the the faker/experts get points based on (not sure on the numbers right now, so give feedback if you want):
Whether the experts root out the faker (+1 point per round survived)
Whether an expert gets falsely accused (-2 points)
Whether the faker guesses correctly (+8 points)
How quickly the faker guesses the answer (-2 points for every wrong guess)

One issue however, is some sort of method of discouraging people from giving super obvious clues. The method we used here (where a successful Faker chooses the worst clue) might not work as well in a point based system, because players might instead just try to punish the player with the most points

i would make it so no playe rgets eliminated and th egame lasts X round and after those X roudns points get calculated and there are winners who got the most points (f tie more winners) maby also hand out bonus points to some players like X found out the most fakers (voted for the most fakers eventough they did not get voted out) orso

+1 point for every player who placed a vote on the faker if the faker gets voted out
+0 points for the players who did nto vote/voted someone else
+3 points if faker guesses corectly
-2 points for anyyonie who voted for the player that was not the faker
-0 for the others
+1 - -5 points for faker if guessed wrong depending on hwo wrong the answer is the faker gets either +1/0/-1/-2/-3/-4/-5 points
+1 for the faker if surviveling
+? for the player that guessed corectly what the faker had guessed that time when he is eliminated
probably forgot something but eh

when a faker is voted out or when the faker uguesses the asnwer a new round starts wiht a new answer and faker

I was thinking every "round" would be a new answer and a new faker, and the current "leaderboard" would be listed at the end of every round.

yeah every roudn new answer/faker a roudn can last multiply subrounds if none 'wins' the round

oh you ewant new players in a new round? i tought just do an fake expert X wiht Y rounds wiht sameplayer sbut new faker/answer per round after all Y rounds are over whoever ha smost points wins the fake exper X
