ok my role claim comes im the mystic im alliged with the town oce per night i can visit some one (provided they are at home otherwise i fail) and can tip them so slab gives them some information last night failed but i got an hot potatoe i dont know what it does but i can use it at night when i visit someone (tippign is visiting) soo i nee dhelp what to do wihth my hot potatoe as i dotn want to waste it btu i want to use it anybody any idea?

my protection is a passive ability that works every night
i forgot to mention this but its also immune to roleblocks

All right, I've been stringing everyone here for a while now, it's time to actually share the conversation I had in the mafia chat last night. Now, I don't know if Slabdrill would allow me to just copy paste the entire discussion and post it here, so I'll try to paraphrase as much as I can and only directly copy what I believe is important.

Note - Every bit of information I found could be an elaborate lie. Take it with a grain of salt.

Right after NorwegianBoy got lynched, I went to the mafia chat to see if anything was going on. I see a new message from Mr. X, NorwegianBoy's previous alias. My first assumption was that it was NorwegianBoy trying to deceive me again. But, after a few exchanged messages, Mr. X actually tells me that he's Quintet, and that he's changed his name on the quick chat. I don't know why, but he did.

A few more messages later, he 'confesses' to me that he's actually Jawapa. I asked if he's only giving me this information just because he thinks I'll die that night, which led to the following message:

dot is new, but she's not that new. We both know you're being protected tonight. But, I know you won't be able to convince anyone that I'm Jawapa, especially considering we have a new Mafia chat tomorrow. You really think they'll believe you a second time, when we have no communication? You're lying to the townies for us.

Now, after this message, it was a bit of a back and forth between us. I'd say something along the lines of 'why would the town not trust me?' and Mr. X would reply something along the lines of 'would they really believe you if you say that I told you everything?'

Then, we transitioned into talking about father's day, which transitioned into us talking about my parents. Mr. X apparently wasn't aware that my mother had actually passed away a month ago.

That's about it in regards to what I believe was important in that interaction. Now, I want to talk about who this new Mr. X is. He's clearly a clever person, sly, yet fairly aggresive as well. I've piled all the remaining players into groups of who I don't believe are Mr. X and those who I believe could be. I might be wrong, but I think this is a good starting point.
