pick random smiley option

when u click that button, the computer chooses a random smiley which u have
the design would be like this
another thing, that button would be a "smiley" that is always on the end of the smiley selection tab

My thought of the random smiley option would be used often in hosting worlds like copy smiley, lucky lottery, or you wanna fool your friends and say, look ima ...

There could be two options

A. Random Selection from all of your smileys
B. Random Selection from your favorites bar
