It depends on the difficulty of working with EEU API.
Since i already decompiled and analyzed the encoding for .eelvl files, so all that is left to do is to see how EEU API works.
If EEU api is easy to work with then the tool to port .eelvl files to EEU will be finished in 1-2 days after EEU release.

If they don't want to create a tool like this themselves, then i would suggest giving some known botmakers a closed beta access so they can create bots for EEU. (Both tool-bots like EEditor and play-bots like Bombot)

Yeah, the format PlayerIO saves the database in is very inefficient (which is why we're using the init message serialisation instead), and it has a limit of 500KB. This was one of the several reasons we want to move away from PlayerIO, as when we move to our own hosting solution we won't be limited by this anymore

On topic, I'm super excited for EE offline. The game we know will be immortalized no matter what, and I think that's the most important thing.

Btw, when I downloaded my super secret world (i.e. the one with all ?s as a name), it changed the map name to a single _ when saving the file. Is that supposed to happen?

You can't have ?s in a file name in windows, so if the name was _???????? then the ?s would have to be removed, making the name _ - yourname - worldid (assuming this is what you're saying happened?)

You won't be able to play worlds that require another player to be there, for example worlds that require a player to be afk in a system for it to work. Damn shame.

Maybe for that there can be fakeplayers like mrvoid but without admin aura etc.
