For April fools day? I know I am not the best pixel artist out there but I tried to make this look as pleasant as possible for anyone who may suffer from things like Coulrophobia.

Well maybe next time he should be more specific about what he means by size? Also, there is no rule that states I can't post an image that size. So why turn this into a bigger deal than it needs to be?

This was a general suggestion to anyone reading the thread, not to OP specifically. The original image size wasn’t an issue, but I was pointing out that you couldn’t tell what it looked like as a smiley.
