I opened it, but there was some kind of text. It looks like a code, but I don't know, what does it do.
But there are a few EE Usernames, so I thought, it is related to EE.

I know what this is. This is a chatlog from the very first religious world AK712 made in an attempt to spread the word of God. It was a world that had minimap art, and several signs with messages intended to revitalize the faith of someone who read them.
