Clearing up yesterday's drama

Hi

A lot of drama has been happening over the last 24 hours, and I'd like to clear some of it up

Firstly, yes, Me Gosha and Phinarose were fired yesterday night

We've all been having arguments about the way things are being run recently, which led to massive tension between us, on top of rising concerns about the implications for EEU. This basically led to a negative feedback loop, which eventually pushed Xenonetix over the edge and he fired us all

Since then, I've been having discussions with him and ByteArray, and we all agree that something has to change or EEU would clearly suffer. We've been discussing the best course of action and I believe we're at a good enough point where we can continue to make progress on EEU, so I'm happy to say I'll be rejoining the team, and hopefully the changes we've agreed on will be enough prevent something like this from happening in the future, we'll see how it goes XD

I sincerely hope we will continue to work together to make EEU great!

Big question: What about the others? Will Xeno explain himself - he really should apologize for the mess he is causing, in accusing everyone else and not looking into the mirror just once.

I heard that Gosha and someone else had a backdoor to EE and deleted Xeno's account; just to confirm that this is true?

He is planning on making a statement fairly soon (when he has time), not sure what he's going to say but hopefully it should help clear things up

Gosha wasn't involved, just atilla as far as I'm aware.

I see Gosha and Phina had their statuses removed on the forums. Are their releases being considered final, or is this just until Xeno makes an official statement? Personally, I strongly believe they should both still be on the team and recognized for their contributions, but I feel that's a whole other rabbit hole on its own Diff would prefer me not to go down.

Edit:
The former is supposed to be more of a question for Diff since I'm assuming he was responsible for changing their rank on the forums unless Xeno did it himself. If the statement itself is too much, just snip it please.

My current understanding of things is that the current staff layout is relatively stable for the moment so I matched it on the forums.

im not happy with any of this until xeno actually speaks up to public (instead of wooting posts) and until the whole drama is handled for gosha and phina as well

I kind of doubt Xenonetix will suddenly change as a person and be more kind and respectful towards his staff, especially since he already promised to do so to Phinarose and others.
I hear you're pretty kind on the other hand, and while I do admire your optimism, I think your innocence leads way to naivety and an inability to recognize a character flaw in a character who is apparently unable to remediate any flaws.
I remember in the Slack chat he said he'd begun counselling for his anger issues, since he's had plenty of outbursts then. I can't say there appears to be much of a difference.
