You can do a few skips which save around 15 seconds, besides that it's just optimizing movement.

These are the skips I am talking about, altogether they save ~10+ seconds compared to a run not using them.

if EVERYONE uses it, then why does barely any EE player use it, even before time trials and Kirby's thread? even before all of this thing came about, all times were recorded in threads pre-existing to this one

You can also just provide a screenshot of your winning time, but your run will be listed under the level leaderboard as "Unverified".

yeah unverified why?
Because, not only does server lag make certain times inaccurate, but it's also ridiculously easy to edit in a time you never actually really got.
