Changed nickname now my progress reset

I was 11/15 on Starlight, Space campaign tier 5

At the time, my nickname was filipao500ml

i changed to Andymaker

can someone help me?

Give proof and ask Xeno or staff to help you recover your progess.

i believe they have a "Campaign progress" database, just look for filipao500ml on Starlight, then check my current profile, Andymaker

it clearly shows my nickname was filipao500ml

Every profile has its own unique ID (called userid)
Campaign progress (and everything else)  is saved using userid, not the username

These two things are unrelated, changing your username shouldn't cause any problems with campaign data

Maybe it’s because you played another incomplete tier which is in another campaign so you lost your progess

These two things are unrelated, changing your username shouldn't cause any problems with campaign data

well, i don't know how long lasts the campaign progress save data, but i'm pretty sure i joined the level everyday to restore the time counter

Maybe it’s because you played another incomplete tier which is in another campaign so you lost your progess

well, i don't know how long lasts the campaign progress save data, but i'm pretty sure i joined the level everyday to restore the time counter

It's exactly 24 hours, so if you joined at 2pm yesterday you will still get it reset if you join at 3pm the next day.

It does reset, so watch out for that. Pretty sure It's infinite for betas?

Yeah, its 100 hours right.

Any staff, please, check the progress database log and fix this, im sure i logged in everyday to restore the countdown.
