Letter decoration

Basically, instead of a text block that only staff can use, how about letter decorations?
It would be a decoration pack with every letter of the alphabet, along with numbers and symbols. Do you think this is a good idea?

I think the main reason it hasn't been added yet is that there's no effective way of dealing with people who use it to spell out swear words. However, I personally don't think that should be a reason not to add it.

Yea you should be able to report someone for putting swear words on text blocks, and you can inspect it even if the world was offline or campaigned you can still see who placed it (only text blocks)
