Although there are cases when mods lock topics they don't understand when others do, this one is definitely not the one. You created a misleading confusing topic which doesn't have any context behind it. You are the only one who understands the premise of the topic, so it was a decent decision by BuzzerBee to close it.

EDIT: ok, i read the topic and you explained what it is. I also saw the full explanation by buzz why he closed that topic

I think you meant Anatoly. Peace has ideas which might be hard to read because of the typo's he makes but if you can look past the typo's it's an actual suggestion or a reply on a suggestion, while Anatoly is just like '.tuo ti erugif' and then he puts 3 18 6 or something,

bruh it's simple, if you're gonna do something, at least have it make sense, all you did is show us a random jumble of letters and expected us to know what to do with it, if you are to do some sort of mystery post or something like that, then at least give a reason to or explain why you are doing and what the rules are.

You might be able to hold a contest, but like before, you gotta tell the rules and maybe tell us when it starts.
At first glance it just looks like you said "decode this." then spammed.
