standard - cool and good, a bit crunch but fine
crinkle - cool and good, less crunch but still cool
curly - looks delicious but never had them
tater tots - also looks yumm but never had those either
smiley - had these several years ago at a hospital but they are very good
sweet potato - definetly stands for its  name, had them a few times and theyre not that bad

Honestly i think i just prefer the generic standard type. It's not too thick, perfect for dipping with ketchup, and just the right amount of crispiness.

I'm seriously doubting that tater tots and smileys can be classified as "fries" but whatever.
My personal favorite are crinkle cut chips. They taste like regular fries but have a super satisfying shape and pattern to them. (Plus there's a small difference in texture in comparison to regulars that I really like)
Regular fries are a close second, but lack the cool shape.
Curly fries are also pretty dope.
Never tried the other three.

Curly ofcourse, in the Burger King in the netherlands the curly fries have nice spices on them. I also know a place in Poland where they serve a whole potato in 1 big curly fry which is really cool

As someone who is a big fan of french fries, I am going to have to say curly fries are the best.  However, I like all kinds of fries.
