It's a crew being used as a second pay lock to access a world. But as we've been told we're not missing much anyway.

It's a crew world yes, but the only way to join is to pay up, which is not the same with other crew worlds. I'm not the one upset with it, I'm just explaining how someone might be upset with it.

Yeah, this whole thing has been horribly presented. Even though this behaves like a regular crew, it looks like certain content is locked behind a paywall, so if you want to play, you better pony up the cash.

No its not being horribly presented, people are just percieving it horribly in order to make the staff look like scumbags.
