Bot Accounts

Bot Accounts

     A non-playable, more controllable account

Creation

• When creating an account the normal way, select an option to make it a bot account

• Ability to sync it with another account and verify you own the account to get all the blocks and smileys you
  bought so you don't have to buy everything twice

           
             
         
How they appear

• In game

  • Smileys look exactly the same

  • Username is a special colour

• In players list

  • Exactly the same, but with the colour change
              Or

  • Way at the bottom of the player list with a line across to show the split between real and bot and colour change

• In Chat

  • If questionable feature 1 is allowed

    • Colour of name changed

    • Haven't worked the rest out

  • If questionable feature 1 isn't allowed

    • Same as normal player but with name colour changed

    • Ability to change colour of text

    • Ability to change background colour of text

             
Extra Functionality

• Ability to hide in game and/or in players list

• Automatic edit when entering worlds of the synced account

• Have access to all owner only functions when in worlds of the synced account

• Ability to leave world borders

• Open to suggestions

▼Questionable Features

Although all of the features are obviously up to the development team, leaving them all questionable, these
are ones that I saw that could cause problems.

1. Ability to give it any username, regardless if it's taken
        This could be a huge problem as people might try to pose as other players, but I did give options to
   distinguish from real and bot.  However, more might be needed, and probably shouldn't allow staff names
   to be taken.

2. I'll add more as people comment what's wrong

i think making it a different color could be abused, because players could make it just to look cool with a special color

Probably making it so that only world owners' bots can work in their own worlds, or giving them the option to allow a certain set of users' bots to work in their worlds, would be ideal.

i think it would be better to make bot accounts have a gray-ish username color, darker than normal and lighter than guest, and have them listed between guests and normal players
