Well I knew that, i was just wandering if those rounds were happening right now, and if round 2 is at a separate time than losers round 1.

Yeah, both were happening at the same time. It's judging season. However, at round 3, the winners will build in a large world and the losers will build in a medium world, and the times will be scaled differently based on world size. This means the losers bracket will end sooner than the winners one, due to them staying in smaller world sizes.
