A name sniper is a person who registers a new account (usually an alternate account) for the purpose of taking a clever username, a special user id (such as #7777777), claim the first account of a certain time period and other reasons.

I remember when I was about to upload a Geometry Dash level and I waited for hours and days for the special level ID 33333333 (the ID ascends when someone uploads a level).
Then, the time finally came.
I ulpoaded the level.
It had ID 33333341.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
I just deleted the level, because it was useless now.
Seriously, do I have to wait for 1.2 years for 44444444?

You don't know how badass is GD community. They're intersted only in people who are famous and search just for the accurate IDs
