Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I login to EE everyday and I have full energy. The game gifts me energy that then disappears. I do not know how to get the energy. It is very annoying, because I use all of the energy I can in one day (500) and I've had so much Daily Reward energy disappear.

There have been suggestions to get rewards to 'overflow' (e.g. here), so you temporarily have more than your maximum so these rewards don't go to waste. Not sure how the other staff members feel about this, but I will bring it up

Just making this extra clear, I'm not saying it will be added, just that we are going to discuss it. (Personally I think it would be a good idea to at least have something along those lines, but I can't speak for the rest of the staff)

I don't think you should add this. Since people can easily make it automatic so you never a miss day, allowing you to get pretty much as much energy as you want?

But couldn't you just automate it anyways? and make your program spend energy on something?

yes, but this means another way to like 2x the normal amount of energy.

Energy is already unlimited so I don't know what the big fuss over this is for

Just make it go over the max, but only once. So if you have 700/500 energy, and log in the day after without spending, it'll stay at 700/500. It can't be bumped over again until the amount reaches 500 or lower in this case. That way it can give you a chance to get your current daily reward and spend it, but prevent auto-refreshers letting you have 999999/500 energy or w/e.

Or just make the daily reward claimable in-shop and never go over-limit.
1) Whenever you log-in it tells you today's login reward
2) You close the window, go to shop and spent some energy
3) go to the daily rewards page (wherever that might be) and claim the free extra energy/gems to get some more items.
If I'm correct the free energy never surpasses the new-account's max energy. So I think the most energy you can lose would be around 100 through this method (biggest worlds), given you refuse to spent that remaining 100 in other (cheaper) repeatable items like a small world.
People still complaining about those remaining 50:
Please. They're giving it away for free. When somebody brings you a gift, you don't go screaming at them for another.

Let’s sum up what we had suggested now in one post:
- Energy can skip the maximum: 100/200 + 500 Energy = 600/200
- Rewards can jump over the limit only once: 4/200 + Max. Energy = 204/200 and now energy can’t be added, so buy something.
- Daily Rewards Bonus is a claimable in the shop
- (?) Add some System against bots
Under Question:
- If maxEnergy = currentEnergy, can we overflow statement 2?
So: 200/200 + 50 Energy => 250/200 or 200/200 ?
- If rewards are claimable, can we collect them for later? (“You have: 3” +10 Energy)
- Should gems be added immediately or kept for later? (“Should the Design be for every daily item?”)
- If rewards are claimable, can we collect them for later? (“You have: 3” +10 Energy)
- Should gems be added immediately or kept for later? (“Should the Design be for every daily item?”)
I feel like it's best to make only a single daily reward (the current) claimable. Otherwise you'd just end up with a huge list for no reason. If you had the time to log in, you also have to time to quickly spent it on something.
And if you use a bot to claim daily rewards and don't actually have the time to claim it... Well. Bots aren't officially supported, so now whining.

You can't really skip out on collecting a daily reward, or you'll just end up missing the daily reward and have to start your daily streak over anyway.

Azurepuddings idea is easily the best, I don't see anything wrong with it, Whenever I log on its when I wake up and I already have max energy and unless you have 2k energy I think getting energy when your already capped is stupid and pointless and theres no point in having the system when you aren't getting anything anyway, I don't see anything wrong with what azure said and I don't see any problems with having it in the game

This was for my suggestion to make the daily rewards separately claimable in the shop (not a force-claim when you startup the game).
So the server would still detect you logged in daily, but only the reward from today is actually claimable.
peace wrote:easy solution have an button next to buy gems wiht collect x energy or gems
yeah definitely wont make EE go bankrupt
Why? You still get the exact same daily rewards, you just claim it when you want it to, instead of a forced claim when you login.

Why would you collect daily rewards but not spend your energy on anything? You would lose lots of energy with that since you don't get 1 energy per 3 minutes anymore because you have more than your max energy. It's not really a problem if people try to get 999/200.
