Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Enjoy! Scientifically proven to reduce weight, improve self clarity, and feel a whole lot better. Breakfast is a myth and makes our bodies worse because of our bodys' inability to fully process food at that time. In a year of doing this you'll have shed off 10%+ of your weight! You don't even need to exercise (but it's recommended to exercise anyway, as it helps boost the process).
First week will be tough fasting because you'll be thinking about food. Start off more lenient and by the end of the week become ztrict about it. Find things to occupy yourself with. If you're in school skip the meals as necessary. Eat nutritious food and don't binge during the eating timeframe.
Good luck! I just started this program today and hope I can work towards a goal with others.
And apparently I'm really good at sounding like an advertisement.
I thought fasting didn't take place between set hours though? I thought it was you can only eat before and after sunrise and sunset respectively?

That's religious fasting. =p
I don't believe this. I need food during the day, if I skip breakfast I can not be productive.

Well all it takes is one Google search to prove that it works.
It makes people more productive as they continue the program. They feel *more* productive and reap health benefits across the board.
if doctors wouldn't want me to know this wouldn't that be because it's a lie?

this is the most clickbait-y, bot sounding thing i've ever heard

It works. All you have to do is Google search and you'll see there are a ton of success stories out there.
Or do you prefer a lmgtfy?

If noone wants to do this I'll share my results, thoughts, personal opinion when I feel ready to.

No, they lie to everybody that there is no cure for cancer. The Pharmaceutical business in the U.S. makes more money from the treatment rather than the cure. It's a cruel fact. (Greed and Prevention)
(sorry for the previous sarcasm)
When someone fast without eating at all for a length of time only drinking water, their body focuses now on getting rid of whatever bad things are in your body like bacteria and diseases.
I believe the origin of fasting is for religious purposes for asking God for big requests or in mourning about something like someone's death.

Fasting is not a way of life. Its an old practice with religious connotation significance. Don't think its a new diet plan.

Googled it, seems like a way to lose weight for people who don’t want to eat healthy, which would have much more effect on improving your life. If you eat breakfast with egg’s, bacon or sweet stuff it is ofcourse more healthy to skip.

Actually, it's better to eat a low carb high fat (unsaturated fat) diet while committing to intermittent fasting.
IF isn't an excuse to eat unhealthy--all it does is promote ketosis, or fat burning. The energy received from burning fat is plentiful, which is why people feel so energetic after trying this lifestyle. Changing your diet to a low carb one will improve results, and exercising during the fasting period (typically at around noon) will release HGH, which will boost fat burning even more as well as improving your body.
A lot of people don't do research when doing IF, so they do all the wrong things and feel the same. Once you find out how to do it you should be able to feel significantly better after taking on IF.

I'm deciding to post Before-After pics if and when I succeed!
I'd be anorexic in a week.

emma that's kind of stretching the definition of "healthy"
eggs are a good source of carbohydrates and bacon, albeit greasy, full of protein
i'm not sure what you mean by "sweet stuff", and i'm not going to falsely assume anything so i'll just leave it at that
may you elaborate on why it is "healthier" to skip breakfast?

Im not an expert. But Ive always learned eggs are healthy, but not everyday. And bacon is way to salty and greasy to eat everyday. Once in a while a breakfast like that would be ok, but some people eat it everuday. With sweet stuff I mean things like cornflakes, idk American food. A healthy breakfast should not contain a lot of salt and sugar, as people eat waay too much of them. Just bread or muesly with fruit would be good. Most of the stuff we need (i dont know the english terms) in meat we already obtain at diner. People also everestimate how much we need of that though.

bit pedantic to say this, but corn flakes are the least sweet cereal we have
it was actually invented by an anti-masturbator who believed if children ate horrendously bland cereal (i.e. corn flakes), they would stop diddling their dongles
for the rest of your points, i completely agree. you can pretty much eat anything you want as long as its in moderation.
