Issues with niels

Well I thought I better post the list of issues, it will be appended to as I recall more and more!

1. Always ‘busy’, never online (with few responsibilities in real life (school, no work))
2. Takes forever for you to do a basic task.
  a) It took you over a week to make a PayPal account.
  b) I asked you to make a git repository for my unity client, but you took more time making excuses than it takes to make a git repository.
3. Failure to renew the domain on time; I doubt registrar messed up. (Show valid proof of the payment on time and I will forget this ever happened.)
4. Failure to inform the public in a timely manner.
  a) The post about unity still isn't up (this was many months ago).
  b) There were a couple other minor things but they weren't in this list.
5. Fails to plan a meeting. The last meeting we had was planned by Jesse.
6. Fails to Administrate/Manage the team, Jesse did more administration/management than you, and did a better job.
7. You have a ton more free time than I, but can’t even help with any of the development.
  a) I have near no time and do more than you (You have school + no job, I have a full time job, and university classes).
  b) It’s fine to be busy at times but NOT all the time. 
8. Failure to contact Nou regarding access to Zoho.
9. Why are all these remakes, and clients still up? File a DMCA complaint.
10. There should've been a shared PayPal account, we had no idea what you were doing with any of the income EE has earned. (Did they actually go towards the game?)

This chunk above was from months ago and has been modified to be more forum friendly.

3. He has never proved it was the registrar to anyone.
4. a) It was never posted that is probably a good thing.
8. Megalamb ended up doing this.
10. Was mentioned multiple times, but niels appeared to ignore it.

Lately the list has grown to include:

1. Intentionally ignoring messages coming from any staff members.
  a) Will only communicate via proxy and admitted that he was scared of his own team.
2. Makes drastic decisions without consulting anyone.
  a) Adding a new user to the development team without saying a word to anyone.
  b) Revoking other users' access without providing a reason.
  c) It sounds like he promised the game to one person, and a few minutes later promised it to another person.
  d) There are others in the past, but this was only within the last week.
3. Does literally nothing when it comes to the game.
  a) He uses old version of server code and finds a copy of an old client to make "classic EE."
4. A couple months ago he mentioned being motivated again but did nothing for the game.

As I wrote it I went brain-dead, and I can't remember the rest but there is easily more.

Since this post I have talked to him a little bit, which crosses off a reason or so. More so calms down the "rage" of all the issues.

We can pretend all data is floating point numbers so you are correct!
But yes we were at the point that even one thing was enough to leave, but instead he thought it should end with a bang!

Did you try asking NVD to take over the ownership? I'm not sure if you wanted that but I'm really sad because you left Why is NVD doing this to us.

He agreed to talk to me about things tomorrow, but he cut all forms of communication today..... so I highly doubt that conversation will happen.
It was one of the things I was hoping to bring up.
