SAFEHOUSE MAFIA:
It is observable that interest in mafia on this forum is dropping, so this game has 9 players in it. Feel free to take a break and take it easy.
Days will last (4?) irl days during which the thread will be open.
Nights will last 24-36(?) hours. The mafia must kill someone during the night: no-kill is not an option.
One of the players in the game is confirmed town by the moderator. However, he cannot be sent to the safehouse.During the day, instead of lynching mafia, the town votes on someone to put into the safe house. If no majority vote is reached during the day, the player with the highest number of votes is picked. If there is a tie, THE DAY ENTERS OVERTIME. ONLY VOTES FOR THE TIED PLAYERS WILL COUNT. AS SOON AS ANY PLAYER REACHES A PLURALITY, THEY WILL BE SENT TO THE SAFEHOUSE AND THE DAY WILL END. Usually this will look like one player changing his or her vote and then the day ends. During the night mafia kills as normal. Players sent to the safehouse do not have thier role revealed, and can no longer post in the thread.
SELF VOTES WILL NOT COUNT IN THIS GAME.
Players in the safehouse will share a private topic.The safehouse only holds 3 people. So at the end of Day 3, there are 3 people in the safe house. At the end of the third day, a nuclear warhead kills everyone not in the safehouse. All dead players flip as usual.
If it is 3 town, town wins automatically.
If it is 2 scum and 1 town, scum wins automatically.
If it is 1 scum and 2 town, the three safehouse players come back into the thread and participate in a in 3-man LYLO. Town wins if the scum gets lynched, loses if one of the town get lynched.
Note! Slots are limited. If you have a reputation of not posting at all in games without reason, you may be turned away.
I don't think this applies to anyone in the last game except maybe alexsander.

On the one hand, I think this is a neat idea for a game since it should be fairly quick and straightforward but on the other hand not so sure I trust you :3
My only complaint is that the innocent child is basically a death sentence because only stupid scum wouldn't kill them first.

Actually I have to disagree with this. Since the innocent child can't be put into the safehouse, nightkilling them shouldn't be that important. Maf should focus more on killing other trusted townies.
Although there could still be reason to kill the inno child if maf is scared of their scumreads.

Whilst I am more than willing to play this game, if it proves unpopular then I have a traditional setup in mind. 3 mafia, the rest are town. I'd even double check the balancing of it with AlphaJon just to make sure it remains in the traditional roots (assuming he doesn't want to play that is).
If this game doesn't gain much momentum I will post signups for my one in 3-5 weeks.
