There was a bot called global chat or something. You had to say something in order to hear the people that had also said that thing from another world. it worked, because the bot was in every world. This should work pretty similarly.

the bot used a database to tie the worlds together, and was a third party, so we would have to rework their servers to have all worlds connected via chat. A global chat would work, but I digress. Text to speech would be amazing. Gets my approval.
