CJMaeder, I think there are ways to get what you're asking for without becoming a criminal. And wow if what Zoey pasted is true, you're taking tactics I don't like to get what you want. I agree with Atilla writes but with less insulting and rudeness.

I've been on discord yesterday, it had been mention that NVD would surely step out as owner in a short time. I can't validate the authenticity of this information but if it is real is better not to make EEU open source at the moment.

I think I did propose this in a PM to Thanel a very long time ago(3 years maybe? somewhere close after EE2 update, might be wrong). They were unwilling to work with anyone who they didn't know, and had no interest into taking the time into knowing persons.

Well times have changed since then. They can put people through an interview process if they'd like, but if they need help, why not ask for it?
