Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

And some made by the amateur known as me.
take your pick
@MAMETCHl on twitter for the pfp artist, @snuffyowo on twitter for the character drawn in the pfp.

Yea EE2 had great physics and allowed us to get almost every block. But the acid was really working. It was like water but more force.

2.0 rounds down to 2
Yet it would still be a floating point number, while we are working with integers.

I'm pretty sure "2.0" means 2. Why else would Nou put 2.0
we don't need toxic pack, the community is toxic enough /s

2.0 is not 2 lol
2 is all versions from 2.0 to 2.9 (or higher like 2.10)
So EE 2.1, 2.5, 2.0 are all in range of 2, but not 2

2.10 would be equal to 2.1. Or 2.100 or 2.1000 etc.
not with versions numbers
For version numbers, this is usually the way it works, although the bugfix is often not included:
[Version].[Revision].[Bugfix]
So this means that things things like 5.10.3 are allowed, and would come after a vesion like 5.6.8

That may be the way people use it, but it doesn't make sense from a mathematical point of view.
Either way that's all irrelevant since Everybody Edits doesn't use decimals in its version numbers anymore. If you right-click the game, you'll get the version number. It appeared as 200 during the big update, and has been increasing by 1 each update ever since.

What about dates? 20.04.2017
or internet addresses? forums.everybodyedits.com
Dots dont necessarily mean a decimal point, they can mean other things

We're taking the 2.0 meaning WAY too literally. It just means 2.

but its not "2". its "2.0" while they may equal the same thing numerical they are two different sets of characters.

Technically, ee 2.0 is the first edition of ee 2, so this is EE version 2, although this has nothing to do with the original post, so im not sure why we are arguing about it here...

2.0 is the version. Please. This is obvious, and you guys going against it are just trying to find a petty way to make yourselves look right. The game isn't even called Everybody Edits 2. Everybody Edits 2 was a separate game, as OP would know. Anyway, yes for toxic pack. I'd personally like it to act like water but kill you like lava. It would also be very easy to distinguish and useful.

Just thought I would bring in examples from other games, because this is definatly EE 2
In minecraft, people say they are playing Minecraft 1.11, where they are playing 1.11.x, so generally 'minecraft 1.11' is used to describe all versions of minecraft
The same is true for Factorio, where people use '0.15' to describe all versions 0.15.x
So shouldn't it be the same for EE? EE 2 should be able to be used for all EE 2.x versions
Also the toxic pack is a good idea
Maybe there could be a new effect called 'poisoned' which you can't transfer, but will also kill you after some time like zombie and curse. A lot of people have wanted something like this, including me, so I think it would be quite a good thing to add
