Weird Half-Block/Background Thing

(Ignore weird smiley colours)

Backgrounds acting like solid blocks, they don't render when you place them ontop of yourself until you move off them.

The game thinks you are inside a block (because there are blocks in the space) so what you edit doesn't render.

Im pretty sure that this was just an oversight when they added backgrounds (forgot to turn this off for them)

What I mean, is, that, if you are on a grid square with a block (in this case half) edits will only be realized when you go away.

I know what you mean, I was agreeing with you (I probably should have made that clearer)

Im just saying that they probably forgot to change it when they added backgrounds, as its only useful when you can collide with the block
