1) No rewards for 5th teir
2) Breaking the rules "one map per creator or crew within a campaign."
3) Breaking the rules "No changing campaign worlds (adding/removing/replacing tires) unless it's very necessary"
4) Breaking my heart

1. Why is it in a campaign if it has no rewards?
2. Not an explicit rule, simply a guideline to aim for.
3. You have no link there so I can't really rebut... except maybe this was somehow "really really necessary"

tier 5 is in a campaign with no rewards because the reward is that it lets you play tier 6
