Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Basically, for coins in worlds unchanged for a certain amount of time, the chance of magic gets higher for coins that a very small percent of players (who were in the world a certain amount of time) collect.

For a released world (no editing) you might be able to track to see which coins are collected and if one is rarely collected it could be considered rare - would also mean that later coins would be rarer even if everyone who completes it collects them.
This would be interesting but not sure it would be a good idea.

I feel like it would help because it would make magic more merit-based and not so random like it is now.

What if a coin was purposely made impossible for a few months, and then made possible after a certain time limit? How would that affect the chances?
You also have to take in consideration how much data each coin would log.

This could be done on released worlds only so that can't happen and each coin would just hold one variable with number of times collected or whatever rarity factor is used; shouldn't significantly impact pretty much all released worlds.
