the campaigns we have now are not TRULY campaigns, but simply a collection of levels that follow a certain theme
i propose EE to make an extraordinarily long, multi-level campaign that follows a STORY
there can be a team dedicated to making it
as an elaboration, such a campaign should be more than 25 levels, and should have level updates to continue the story
ideas include:
-a fantasy/puzzle campaign, where X solves mysteries in order to unlock the secret of Y
-really meta campaign, where the player discovers what lies beyond the border
-a player's journey through a vast land, battling monsters and discovering treasures

I think this would be really cool.
I have a proposal for the theme that would work really well IMO:
A recreation of Jules Verne's Around the World in 80 Days, made over several (like 10 or so) ultra-wide levels, each one being a section of the journey. Here is a list of the places and events in the original story, but of course we could rewrite it to go in different areas or whatever.
Each person would make their leg of the journey, with discussion and further work to make it flow in a reasonable way.

Honestly, this would be very awesome. I imagine it as the game's introduction; from the very basics to some advanced stuff. Perhaps even as a replacement for the current tutorial worlds.
I'd be willing to coordinate such a project at some point we're ready for it, obviously after Unity somewhere, whenever that may be. No promises though, but I like the idea a lot.

i remember there was this sandbox game i played EONS ago
their tutorial was "Level 1", and it explained all the basic maneuvers and things
after that, you could go into "Level 2" and discover how to defeat enemies, then "Level 3" to learn how to make your own world, etc. etc.
And then soon after that each level incorporated a new level-playing strategy new players wouldn't apply (in EE's perspective, they are momentum, speed control, height to fall through X amount of arrows, etc.)
I thought this was pretty ingenious, because after level 10 you're pretty much full of all the knowledge you need to play and build a level, and all the levels after that are simply challenges or puzzles
maybe EE can use this idea to their advantage, and give new players a fresh playing experience?

I just came up with an idea for this!!
IDEA:

So that is the whole idea i have.
