Don't let the name fool you. Even if it were called "meh" that doesn't mean much. If people "Meh'd" every post they were neutral about, the entire forums would be covered in them. Mehs would very much still be downspouts, -woots, whatever.

Assuming an alternative to woots were added, and assuming we called it "meh".

So can we generally agree that showing support as a system is generically OK here because we're reluctant to offer support... but negativity isn't so great because we're more than willing to flood each other with negative thoughts?

So really, the toows and the -REPpers really are the same crowd, looking for an outlet for all this boo/hiss stuff?

idk if we really need a system for that, many folks here are already plenty vocal to share their dissent toward a fellow user
