Sign Bug

dont sure if this bug or idk:
if you put sign. after, you delete the sign or put block on it. then put again sign where the sign was. so this like you put there before the sign (this changes the sign color to the next)

Signs rely on the modifier it is placed on, spikes rotate and signs change colour.

If you know how ee stores blockdata it's the same bug.
